CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) reported the receipt of 221,916 units by its manager, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management, as a divestment fee for the disposal of 21 Jalan Buroh, Singapore, which was completed on Nov. 28, 2024, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The units, issued at SG$2.5415 per unit, were based on the volume-weighted average price from Dec. 13 to Dec. 27, 2024.

Following this transaction, the trustee manager, now holds 955,780 units, up from 733,864 units. The units represent 0.02% of the total outstanding units as of Jan. 22.
