China Merchants China Direct Investments has increased its interest in Xunfei Healthcare Technology to 3.506% from 3.426% through share subscription, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The investing firm, through its subsidiary of Star Group, was allocated 338,150 H shares of Xunfei Healthcare Technology 338,150 H shares for HK$28 million, after a global offering, the filing said.
