China Unicom (Hong Kong) (HKG:0762) logged 290.4 million 5G package subscribers, 624.8 million Internet-of-things terminal connections, and 1.14 billion internet subscribers in December 2024, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The telecommunications company served nearly 16,059 customers through its virtual 5G industry private network during the month.
The resolution ratio of customer cases by customer service reached 98.8% with the smart service customers ratio standing at 85.2%.
The number of patents granted to the company so far in 2024 reached 1,436.
