Apollo Global Management (APO) has closed the acquisition of Barnes Group for about $3.60 billion, the companies said Monday.
Barnes stockholders are expected to receive $47.50 per share in cash, the companies said, adding that Barnes stock has stopped trading and will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
