OSL Group (HKG:0863) due to certain new requirements from the Republic of Lithuania will replace its subsidiary OSL MidasPay with another subsidiary UAB as the purchaser for its Europe acquisition of subsidiaries of Teo Jing Wei, a Thursday, Jan. 23 bourse filing said.

Under the amended agreement, UAB will first acquire MTrinity UAB, MultiX HK, and MultiExchange Canada from the vendor and will proceed with the acquisition of Lithuania Subsidiary 1 after clearance from the relevant authorities.
