Fenbi's (HKG:2469) consolidated affiliated entity Beijing Fenbi Bluesky Technology agreed to renew Cloud Services and Technical Services Framework Agreements with Tencent's (HKG:0700) controlled entity, Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) for another three years.

Beijing Fenbi Bluesky Technology also agreed to renew the group's Payment Services Framework Agreement with Tencent's (HKG:0700) subsidiary, Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems, for another three years.

The company's subsidiary Shandong Lancai Tianxia Education Technology agreed to provide printing services to Beijing Yuanli Education Technology for another three years.
