VCPlus (SGX:43E) received an option notice from its Executive Chairperson and CEO Tang Zhengming to exercise a call option to require the company to allot and issue 370,000,000 option shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

In an earlier filing, the company had entered into a call option agreement with the subscriber to be issued the shares at an option exercise price of SG$0.003 per option share.
