Atlas Energy Solutions (AESI) said late Thursday it priced an underwritten public offering of 11.5 million common shares at $23 per share for gross proceeds of $264.5 million.
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.7 million additional shares.
Net proceeds will be used for debt repayments, funding for the company's pending acquisition of Moser Engine Service, and for general corporate purposes.
The offering, which has been upsized from 10 million shares, is expected to close on Feb. 3.
