Jabil (JBL) said Tuesday it has acquired Pharmaceutics International, a privately-held contract development and manufacturing organization that specializes in early stage, clinical and commercial volume aseptic filling, lyophilization and solid oral medication production in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
Financial terms and other details of the transaction that was completed on Monday were not disclosed.
JBL shares were 1.1% higher in recent premarket activity.
