Rumble (RUM) said Wednesday that its tender offer to purchase up to 70 million of its class A common shares at $7.50 per share in cash has expired and was oversubscribed.
The company said about 70.06 million class A common shares were validly tendered and not withdrawn when the offer expired Tuesday. Rumble said it has accepted 70 million class A shares for purchase for a total of $525 million.
Shares were 2.9% higher in recent early trading.
