GLP J-REIT (TYO:3281) ) has started the construction of the GLP Narashino II, a logistics facility in Japan's Chiba Prefecture, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The five-story, 127,680-square-meter property is set for completion in December 2026. It will feature double rampways for direct floor access, air conditioning throughout, and a seismic isolation system for business continuity. The site, within 30 kilometers of central Tokyo, offers access to the Higashi-Kanto Expressway and Keiyo Road.

The facility is designed for up to 15 tenants.
