Eumundi Group (ASX:EBG) filed a copy of the Federal Court of Australia's approval of the scheme of arrangement under which SEQ Hospitality will buy all Eumundi shares for cash consideration of AU$1.62 per share, the company said in a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The copy was filed with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, making the scheme legally effective, the filing said.
It is expected that Eumundi shares on the Australian Securities Exchange will be suspended from the close of Feb. 5, the filing added.
