ESR-REIT (SGX:J91U) proposed a unit consolidation plan in a bid to reduce the percentage fluctuation of the REIT's units, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Through the said activity, the REIT's excessive volatility in its market capitalization wil be reduced.

Since Jan. 1, 2022, the REIT has traded in the range of SG$0.245 to SG$0.485.
