Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose to $2.26 billion from $2.04 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $2.24 billion.
For 2025, the company expects revenue of $9.45 billion to $9.6 billion. The consensus is for $9.55 billion.
Waste Connections shares were up 2.6% in after-hours activity.
