Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is increasing its quarterly dividend by 8% to 41 cents a share.
The hospitality company on Wednesday said that its board of directors authorized a quarterly dividend of 41 cents a share, up from 38 cents a share previously.
The new payout, equal to $1.64 annually, represents a yield of 1.5%, based on the company's latest closing price of $109.10.
The dividend is expected to be declared in the first quarter, the company added.
