Lottery.com (LTRY) said Friday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with PlusEVO to buy an advanced lottery management system and gaming platform to support its international expansion.
The all-stock purchase is valued at $1.5 million, payable over 30 months, with shares priced at $3 each, the company said.
The planned acquisition supports Lottery.com's goal to generate international revenue by March 31 through its technology stack, the company said.
Shares of the company were up more than 22% in recent trading.
