GCL Technology Joint CEO Steps Down, Chairman Succeeds

GCL Technology (HKG:3800) Joint Chief Executive Officer Zhu Zhanjun stepped down effective Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Zhu will stay as executive director and vice chairman, the filing said.

Chairman Zhu Gongshan will succeed Zhu Zhanjun as joint CEO effective the same day.

GCL also appointed Sun Wei as vice chairman and will serve alongside Zhu Zhanjun.

Shares fell 2% during Thursday's morning trading.
