Wilmar International's (SGX:F34) attributable profit for the second half of 2024 declined 39% to $590.2 million from $973.9 million a year earlier, according to a late filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Earnings per share declined to $0.095 from $0.156 in the comparable period.
Revenue, however, was up 5.3% year over year to $36.4 billion from SG$34.6 billion, mainly due to higher contributions from India and joint ventures in Southeast Asia.
The company declared a total dividend of SG$0.16 per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
Shares of the company were down nearly 4% in recent trading.
