Fraser and Neave (SGX:F99) has awarded 1.4 million shares under its 2019 Restricted Share Plan, contingent on performance targets, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares, granted at SG$1.33 each on Feb. 27, will vest in three equal tranches from December 2025 to December 2027.
Final allotment may range from 0% to 150% based on a one-year performance assessment.
