SMC Global Securities' (NSE:SMCGLOBAL, BOM:543263) board approved the terms and draft prospectus for a public issue of secured, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures worth up to 750 million Indian rupees, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.
The issue includes a green shoe option to retain oversubscription of up to 750 million rupees, the financial services provider said in the filing.
