Centurion's (SGX:OU8) net profit attributable to equity holders surged 97% in the second half of 2024 to SG$226.6 million from SG$114.8 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

Revenue was up 18% year over year to SG$129.2 million from SG$109.3 million, due to strong rental revisions across properties in Singapore, UK and Australia.

The board recommended a final dividend of SG$0.02 per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
