Xinyi Glass (HKG:0868) reported a profit attributable to equity holders of 3.37 billion yuan for the year ended Dec. 31, a 31% decline from 4.88 billion yuan in the previous year, according to a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Earnings per share were 0.7923 yuan, 33% down from 1.176 yuan a year ago.

Revenue for the year was 22.3 billion yuan, an 8.1% decline compared with 24.3 billion yuan in the prior year.

The company recommended a final dividend of HK$0.10, compared with HK$0.37 in the previous year.

The glass manufacturing company's shares increased by over 1% in recent trading.
