Synagistics (HKG:2562) has formed an exclusive joint venture with Movitech to co-develop and launch Geene, a multi-model AI platform, a Thursday filing by the digital solutions platform with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The platform will bring together generative AI, blockchain, and big data to create a secure and efficient AI ecosystem for enterprises while ensuring accuracy, cost effectiveness, and optimized responses in real-time.

The two parties will jointly own the IP for Geene, which will be developed using each party's core competencies.
