CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of roughly 1.61 billion yuan in February, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 173,600 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 9,400 yuan per square meter, with contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of 940 million yuan.

For the two months ended February, contracted sales were 3.42 billion yuan, contracted gross floor area of 323,600 square meters, average selling price of 10,800 yuan per square meters, and attributable contracted sales of 1.85 billion yuan.
