Yuzhou Group Holdings (HKG:1628) along with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, made sales of 561 million yuan in February, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The gross floor area sold was 35,686 square meters, and the average selling price was 15,724 yuan per square meter.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, the group made sales of 1.06 billion yuan, with 71,361 square meters in GFA sold at an average selling price of 14,888 yuan per square meter.
