Frontier Digital Ventures (ASX:FDV) terminated its engagement with RBC Capital Markets following recent personnel changes, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company now hired Barrenjoey Advisory as its new corporate advisor to continue its strategic review, the filing said.
The review will explore strategies to maximize shareholder value, focusing on 360 LATAM, according to a disclosure made in December 2024.
Frontier Digital Ventures shares rose more than 2% in midday trade Monday.
