Coast Entertainment Holdings (ASX:CEH) said the financial impact of ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred was lessened "to a degree" despite several days of closure at its entertainment venues as the disaster occurred during a traditionally off-peak period, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
It added that its properties "were not materially impacted" by the cyclone, which battered south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales.
The company has already reopened the SkyPoint observation deck since Tuesday, March 11. Dreamworld is set to reopen on Wednesday, March 12, while Dreamworld Night Markets and WhiteWater World will be available again from Friday, March 14.
The leisure entertainment services provider's shares were down 2% in recent trade.
