Lottery.com (LTRY) said Wednesday it completed the acquisition of Spektrum from PlusEvo for $1.5 million in common stock.

The transaction was priced at $3 per share, the company said.

Lottery.com said the acquisition provides it with a compliant platform to support lottery, sweepstakes, and social gaming operations in dozens of international jurisdictions.

Shares of Lottery.com were up 4.6% in recent trading.
