VSTECS' (HKG:0856) attributable profit rose to HK$1.05 billion in 2024 from HK$922 million in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the information technology company increased to HK$0.7567 from HK$0.6562 in the previous year.

Revenue grew to HK$89.1 billion from HK$73.9 billion a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.257 per share, payable June 30 to shareholders on record as of May 30.
