Kingboard Laminates' (HKG:1888) attributable profit rose 46% to HK$1.33 billion in 2024 from HK$907.4 million in 2023, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the laminates company increased 46% to HK$0.425 from HK$0.291 in the previous year.

Revenue grew 11% to HK$18.5 billion from HK$16.8 billion a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.20 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.30 per share, both payable July 3 to shareholders on record as of June 17.
