Lunnon Metals (ASX:LM8) reported significant intercepts from its reverse circulation drilling program at its Kambalda gold-nickel project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
These included 29 meters at 0.72 grams per tonne grade of gold from 15 meters downhole and 20 meters at 0.5 g/t gold from 17 meters.
The results indicate a potential to develop broad zones of modest to high-grade gold mineralization in a stacked pattern and at shallow depths.
Its shares rose 5% in recent trading on Monday.
