Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) received notice that Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) and its affiliated entities reduced their holdings in the company to 7.42% from 8.77% on April 1, according to an April 4 filing with the Australian bourse.
The financial service group and its affiliates now own 30.2 million shares in the company, the filing said.
