Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) recorded contracted sales of around 421 million yuan in March, with a contracted gross floor area (GFA) of 20,525 square meters, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month was about 20,500 yuan per square meter.

For the quarter ended March 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 1.12 billion yuan and 68,132 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 16,500 yuan per square meter.
