Edesa Biotech (EDSA) said on Friday that it appointed Peter Weiler as chief financial officer at the immunotherapy company on May 1. Weiler will replace Stephen Lemieux, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

Weiler joins Edesa Biotech from privately held Exzell Pharma, where he was president since August 2018.
