China Jinmao Holdings Group (HKG:0817) recorded contracted sales of a little over 7.19 billion yuan in March, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 281,728.24 square meters, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

For the three months ended March 31, contracted sales and GFA reached 18.3 billion yuan and 848,054.64 square meters, respectively.

As of March 31, subscribed property sales stood at nearly 1.45 billion yuan.
