Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) used another 12,328 treasury shares worth around SG$182,094 for its employees' share schemes on Thursday, a same-day Singapore bourse filing said.

Following the transaction, the number of treasury shares stood at 15,295,447 shares, the lender said.
