Richtech Robotics (RR) said Wednesday that it signed an agreement to purchase a 20,000-square-foot land parcel at 2975 Lincoln Road in Las Vegas, Nevada, to expand its headquarters.

The acquisition, scheduled to close May 15, would quadruple its assembly and manufacturing footprint, the firm said. It expects the new facility to result in long-term cost savings compared with its previous rental arrangement.

Richtech said it has also signed a lease for a new office in Newark, California, as part of its expansion.
