Sun Frontier Fudousan (TYO:8934) will merge with its wholly owned unit CRC Japan on June 1 in an absorption-type transaction aimed at integrating a leased property into its replanning business, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The move, approved by the board on April 15, involves no new share issuance or cash consideration. CRC Japan, which owns a single building, will be dissolved.
