Lum Chang Wins SG$29 Million Contract for New Bridge Road Mall Overhaul

Lum Chang Holdings (SGX:L19) said its subsidiary, Lum Chang Interior, secured a SG$29.1 million contract for additions and alterations to a four-story commercial building with two basement levels at 291 New Bridge Road in Singapore, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Awarded by Shaw Brothers, the 18-month project covers design, retrofitting, and construction works, including retail spaces, a cinema, carpark, and mechanical and electrical systems.

Work is scheduled to begin in April.

The contract lifts Lum Chang Interior's outstanding order book to about SG$176.7 million.
