Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) reported that its net return for March was about 0.7%, compared with 0.6% in February and 0.7% in March 2024, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The fund reported a net return on net asset value of roughly 8.6% over 12 months. Its net asset value as of March 31 was AU$973 million.

The shares fell past 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
