MORI TRUST REIT (TYO:8961) raised its fiscal 2025 forecasts, citing improved hotel performance and reduced expenses, according to its Tuesday bourse filing.
The REIT now expects operating revenue of 11.4 billion yen from 11.2 billion yen previously, and net income of 6.29 billion yen from 5.94 billion yen.
The REIT increased its distribution forecast by 5.8% to 1,766 yen per unit from 1,669 yen per unit.
