Resimac Group (ASX:RMC) said Pete Lirantzis will officially begin in his position as chief executive officer on April 30, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
He will take over from Susan Hansen, who is set to step down as interim CEO and will continue to serve as a director of the firm.
