BlockBeats News, April 25th, According to official sources, Tether today announced the results of its tender offer for the common stock of Adecoagro S.A. (New York Stock Exchange code: AGRO, hereinafter referred to as "Adecoagro").
This tender offer was aimed at acquiring up to 49,596,510 shares of common stock of Adecoagro (the "Common Stock") at a cash price of $12.41 per share (without interest, net of any necessary withholding taxes). The offer expired at midnight on April 24, 2025 (New York time).
The tender agent Computershare Trust Company, N.A. informed Tether that as of the tender deadline, a total of 67,075,545 shares of common stock had been validly tendered (and not withdrawn).
