Rivian Automotive, Inc. rose 5% in overnight trading after the company said late Thursday it closed a loan agreement with the US Department of Energy for up to $6.6 billion to back the construction of a plant in Stanton Springs North, Georgia.

Nukkleus shares rose 46% in overnight trading after the strategic acquisition company announced itregained compliance with Nasdaq listing rules.

After the market close on Thursday, Nukkleus said it received notice on Wednesday that it successfully regained compliance with Nasdaq listing rules which require companies to maintain a minimum market value of listed securities and a minimum market value of publicly held shares.
