Great Ajax Corp. (NYSE: AJX) ("Great Ajax" or the "Company"), a Maryland corporation, announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024 on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange.

In conjunction with the release, Great Ajax will host a conference call at 8:00 AM ET on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 to review its financial results for the second quarter of 2024.
