Jubilee Industries (SGX:NHD) sold 4,844,000 shares worth SG$200,542 as full and final settlement of outstanding salaries due to a former employee and for the partial settlement of outstanding salaries to another former employee, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.
