Bonjour (HKG:0653) proposed a share consolidation to reduce its 10 billion existing shares to 500 million consolidated shares by converting every 20 existing shares into one consolidated share, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The per share par value will increase to HK$0.20 from HK$0.01 with the authorized capital remaining HK$100 million. A total of 237,715,799 consolidated shares will be issued.

The move, which will need the shareholdersÂ´ approval, aims to restructure without affecting the beauty products company's assets, operations, or shareholders' rights.
