Pacific Basin Repurchases Over 3 Million Shares For Cancellation
Pacific Basin Shipping (HKG:2343) repurchased another 3.2 million shares on Tuesday for HK$6.4 million, a filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange said the same day.
The company bought back the shares at about HK$1.99 to HK$2.03 apiece.
The company has so far repurchased 66,580,000 shares out of the 526,382,305 shares it was authorized to repurchase.
