H2G Green (SGX:5AI), an environmental solutions provider, disclosed new dates for the trial of its executive director and chief executive officer, Lim Shao-Lin, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The trial related to charges from the Ministry of Manpower will resume on Jan. 27, 2025, and continue through Feb. 28, 2025.
The company reported that Lim is facing charges under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990 of Singapore.
This follows earlier announcements regarding legal actions commenced by Yu Huajie, who was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for providing false information in his employment pass application to the MOM.
The nominating committee and the board of directors will continue to assess Lim's suitability to serve as a director and CEO, in line with Catalist Rules.
Until the conclusion of the trial, Lim is restricted from entering into transactions or being a signatory for the company without board approval.
