1414 Degrees Extends Closing Date of Share Purchase Plan

1414 Degrees (ASX:14D) extended the closing date of its current share purchase plan to Sept. 20, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

New shares will be issued on Sept. 27 and quoted on the ASX on Sept. 30, the filing said.
